The AES AirCube has been developed to be easy to use as well as durable. It is built from stainless alu-zinc coated sheet metal to be extra resistant to damage. The fan unit is a radial blower within a purpose built casing to build up a high pressure across its complete flow range. This means that the unit works with a large airflow during the whole lifetime of the filter. An exhaust hose can be used to create negative pressure in a sealed room. The fan has two speed settings that allows for economical running, for example during the night.

There is an extremely simple way of decreasing dust in a working environment. The AES AirCube is designed to improve the general site air quality and as a complement to source extraction.

The AES AirCube is an air cleaner which is suitable for many applications. By circulating the air through a highly efficient HEPA filter, the air in the room is cleaned by removing the hazardous airborne dust that is harmful to health. The most dangerous particles are those that are so small that they are invisible to the eye. The AES AirCube is designed to separate fine and hazardous dusts down to 0.3 microns. An example of such particulate could be quartz dust, which is found in concrete, brick, grout and mortar. When hammering, wall grinding, concrete grinding, demolition work, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and general construction, the AirCube is an ideal solution. It is also a popular choice in bakeries, and carpentry workshops since it purifies the air and filters health hazardous flour or wood dust.

The AES AirCube 2000 is a compact and robust design with a capacity of 1800m3/h which makes it our most powerful single phase aircleaner.
It has a 0,7m2 pre-filter and a HEPA H13 microfilter of 10m2 and a filter indication lamp that is lit when it´s time to change the filter. The air exhaust is directed upwards in order to prevent dust to whirl up from the floor.
With its ergonomic design it is easy to carry and transport. It is also prepared to connect to an exhaust hose without a reduction in performance.
AES AirCube 2000 can be positioned horizontally flat on the floor with the exhaust then pointing to the side.
