REG(D) - Clamp Type Nozzle
This Exclusive AES nozzle incorporates an elliptical flexible rubber moulding and is complete with an integral lever clamping mechanism for a positive connection. It allows for exhausts to be clamped without the external face of the exhaust pipe being damaged or scratched and for connection to awkwardly positioned tailpipes. A quality graduated damper complete with rubber seal allows the nozzle to be closed when not in use and protect the release of system pressure. It is available in two sizes at the clamping end, 115mm and 160mm diameter and is ideal for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
On the hose end of the nozzle, sizes are available include 75mm, 100mm, 125 & 150mm. Please quote hose bore size and exhaust type when ordering. An REG model is available in all sizes without the damper for single point systems as the damper is not required.
These nozzles Ideally suited for all major models including;- Ford, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Jaguar, Peugeot, Audi etc.
AES 16 - Self sealing Rubber Grip Nozzle
The AES 16 nozzle can accommodate exhaust pipe diameters up to 100mm diameter. Connection is effected by simply pushing onto the vehicle exhaust and allowing the central part of the exhaust to open up and self grip. Two models available can provide both open and self-sealing options. AES offer an exclusive totally crushproof double diameter (75mmm and 100mm diameter) rubber reducer that replaces old metal inserts that can be easily crushed by operators or vehicles.
Bespoke Metallic Nozzles
Available in all sizes and shapes and are designed for connection to plant and machinery exhausts or awkwardly angled commercial exhausts where rubber type exhausts are not applicable. Please seek advice on this product.

Twin exhaust Adaptor
Twin exhaust outlet Y-piece fitting to enable extraction from near and off side exhausts. This set will comprise of a metallic Y-piece with 2no. x 1.25m long x 100mm diameter high temperature crush resistant exhaust extraction hoses and a quality REG 100mm – 115mm – rubber/steel mole grip type nozzle to each leg of the ‘Y’. Other larger nozzle are available to suit sports car type exhausts.
AES standard temperature rubber hoses are rated for continuous use to a maximum of 180 degrees C in conjunction with an appropriate extraction fan and are available in a range of diameters from 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm & 200mm. The hose construction incorporates a nylon external support helix as standard ensuring good crush recovery in use.
Very High Temperature Hoses
AES very high temperature hoses are rated for continuously use in a range of 400 degrees, 600 degrees & 1100 degrees C and available in a range of diameters 75mm to 250mm and in any length. Available in single and double ply hose with exterior metallic helix for better airflow and improved airflow resistance These hoses are usually used in conjunction with a heavy duty extraction fan. Use of these hoses is in specialist applications only and the advice of the AES design team should be sought in their selection.

Fireman`s Type Instantaneous Couplings
Available in 70mm diameter both ends and allows easy disconnection of 75mm exhaust extraction hoses. These units are available in male and female halves and are cast from rugged aluminium for strong construction.
Free Standing MOT Testing Nozzle
When monitoring and analysis of the exhaust gases is required a free standing nozzle is used. This allows the sampling probe to be inserted into the vehicle exhaust, whilst still fully entraining the generated exhaust fume. Without this unit the flow of gas from the vehicle may be affected by the airflow. This specialised unit allows for tilting of the unit to accommodate exhausts either at the back or underneath the vehicle pointing downwards.
